Memories at Grand Traverse Resort.
Our Adventure Rental Store is inside Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, 100 Grand Traverse Village Boulevard, Acme, Michigan 49610. Enter the main doors, turn right, then take the left of the two hallways. We are next to the café.
For current resort-area ATV, UTV, Slingshot, and Memories e-bike arrangements, begin with your confirmation and contact our team if anything is unclear. ATV and UTV departures use our arranged private-property starting point; resort check-in does not mean you ride an ORV out of the resort.
ATVs and UTVs: check in, then follow the ride-start plan
Complete the waivers requested for your participants and bring the driver documents named in your listing. The team will explain orientation, gear fitting, the actual departure point, and how to get there.
Do not assume a shuttle or resort-road riding is included. Your reservation supplies the current travel and departure arrangement.
- Reserve one ATV per rider, or the right side-by-side seating
- Allow the arrival time stated in your confirmation
- Use the route and return instructions provided by the team
Winter snowmobiles: use the winter meeting instructions
Winter arrangements can differ from the summer resort flow. The Meijer-area winter meeting location is separate from the resort store; use the precise address or pin and arrival time issued for your snowmobile reservation.
Do not navigate to a Meijer parking lot for an ATV or e-bike booking. If the winter calendar has not opened, call before planning your departure.

E-bikes: two operators, two starting areas
For Memories resort e-bikes, use the Adventure Rental Store directions above. Ask about the best route for your ability, current trail conditions, battery range, and rental window.
For the Leelanau Trail, our partner Riding Electric has a separate location at 10381 E Cherry Bend Road, Traverse City, MI 49684. Book with that operator and follow its meeting instructions.

Boats and jet skis: meet at the confirmed lake
Delivery is coordinated for the lake and equipment in your reservation. A resort address is not a boat launch. Confirm the exact launch or meeting point, loading instructions, delivery timing, return timing, and any delivery fee before arrival.

Hours and arrival times
Store hours, ride times, and delivery windows change with season and reservations. The booking calendar shows available start times; your confirmation shows when to arrive. Call before making an unscheduled visit.
