What to know

Plan the group before booking the machines.

A headcount is only the starting point. We need your date, number of eligible drivers, passenger ages, experience levels, where you are staying, and how much time you have. That lets the team check the right equipment and schedule.

Please coordinate a multi-vehicle outing before making separate bookings. Several individually available items do not automatically share a departure time or form a private tour.

Availability and operating arrangements depend on the activity, season, and reservation.

ATV and UTV groups

Each ATV carries one rider. Side-by-sides have two, four, or five seats including the driver. Multiple vehicles require enough eligible drivers; exact availability and passenger fit determine the final mix.

A guided option can help a mixed-experience group follow a shared route and pace. Ask whether a private departure is available rather than assuming your group will have an exclusive tour.

  • List each vehicle’s intended driver
  • Confirm passenger rules and waivers
  • Choose a duration that works for the least-experienced participant

Lake-day groups

A pontoon can work well for a relaxed group outing. A double-decker with a waterslide is a specific booking option. Confirm capacity, lake access, delivery timing, and return arrangements before sending the group an itinerary.

  • Count every guest within the capacity rules
  • Ask about child gear and boarding needs
  • Identify one booking contact for delivery coordination

E-bike and winter groups

E-bike groups need appropriate equipment fit and a route that matches everyone’s skills. Choose a single starting operator unless you deliberately plan separate outings. Winter snowmobile groups need flexibility around snow, equipment, gear sizing, and eligible drivers.

  • Collect fit and experience information before booking
  • Leave time for orientation and individual preparation
  • Avoid back-to-back commitments with no travel buffer
