Memories TC was established after owner Craig rented his first jet ski from a company in Traverse City. He enjoyed the experience but noticed areas where rental companies could improve, mainly with customer service. With such a fun industry, Craig was eager to instill a customer-centric approach in his own business, and that’s what he did. He went out, bought a jet ski, rented it out with superb customer service, and scheduled a business plan in the winter with the goal of renting out jet skis during the summer. Soon, 7 jet skis had been purchased, repaired, upgraded, and rented out under the name Memories TC.
