You must be able to fit into a coast guard approved lifeguard jacket to ride. Weight restrictions might be increased or decreased depending on wind or sea conditions.

Physical:

We cannot accommodate anyone with chronic back/neck problems; anyone who has had previous back/neck surgery; or anyone who is pregnant or thinks she might be pregnant. Participants must be able to walk down and board the jet ski with minimal or no assistance. The boats are not wheelchair accessible.

Payment:

We require full payment at time of reservation so be prepared with a credit card. Your card will be charged when you click “Accept” on the confirmation page – we do not “hold” spots. We accept Visa and Master Card. If you want to pay by Cash you must make your reservation at one of our retail stores or activity sites. Prices are subject to change, so confirm the rates at time of reservation.

Activity Credit Voucher: An activity credit voucher is a non expiring voucher which allows you to schedule your activity for a future date if you are unable to complete your scheduled activity and cannot reschedule during your stay in Traverse City. Activity credit vouchers do not have to be used by the person to whom they were issued – so don’t lose them. We are not responsible for lost or stolen activity credit vouchers. If you have an activity credit voucher and would like to schedule your activity, simply call reservations, book your date and time, and tell your reservationists you have an activity credit voucher.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Memories Travers City Rentals LLC – Cancellation and Refund Policy* *Cancellation and Refund Policy:*

1. *Full Refund:* Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund.

2. *Partial Refund:* Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a 50% surcharge of the total rental cost.

3. *Rule Compliance:* Immediate removal from activities will occur if any rules are violated. No refunds will be issued for early termination of activities due to non-compliance with rules.

4. *No-Show Policy:* Failure to show up at the scheduled rental time will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total rental cost.

5. *Credit Voucher:* In lieu of a refund, a credit voucher will be issued for rescheduling the rental date and time. This voucher has no expiration date and may be transferred to friends, family, or other individuals.

6. *Non-Refundable Bookings:* Bookings made within 7 days of the rental date are non-refundable. Only cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice will be accepted. The credit voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. *Same Day Bookings:* – Same day bookings will be accommodated to the best of our ability. However, we cannot control traffic conditions or delays related to prior bookings. We will strive to arrive on time but cannot guarantee punctuality for same day bookings.

8. *Modifications:* Memories Travers City Rentals LLC reserves the right to modify bookings due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.

9. *Customer Responsibility:* It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our policy, which is posted online. Memories Travers City Rentals LLC is not responsible for customers failing to read the posted policies on our website. 10. *Parking Arrangements:* Customers booking at a lake of their choice are responsible for checking parking arrangements for their personal vehicles prior to the booking. 11. *Life Jackets:* We do not provide life jackets for children. Customers must bring a Coast Guard approved life jacket for each child. We provide universal life jackets for adults. By booking with Memories Travers City Rentals LLC, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the above-stated Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Weather:

If we should have to cancel your activity due to the weather, we will issue a voucher for your activity.

Late:

We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Please note our policy regarding late arrivals to reservations: There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness. After the grace period, a late fee of $10 per minute will apply. If the boat launch is occupied, the late fee will not be charged if customers are present.
